Bradford County’s half marathon will take place along the beautiful shores of the Susquehanna River on October 6th, 2018. The route begins at 9 am in Sayre, PA and follows along the river through an area rich in Native American history. Runners will experience 1219 ft of elevation change throughout the race enjoying some challenging hills and valleys! All participants are invited to bring family and friends on Friday evening to enjoy refreshments as they pick up their race packets. Local hotels and motels will be offering special rates, and the Hornbrook campground will offer free camping to all runners. This race is being held in conjunction with the 2018 Walk for Our Buddies on October 6th at 10:00 am to raise awareness and funds for local families with loved ones affected by Down Syndrome.
Marathon runners may sponsor a local child with Down Syndrome through the purchase of a blue and yellow ribbon on Friday evening or Saturday morning. Ribbons are $5.00. At the end of the race, runners will have the opportunity to meet the child they sponsored.

This event starts in Riverfront Park and ends in Hornbrook Park.
TIMES: Race Day Registration and Packet Pick-up at 7:30 AM.
The race will begin at 9:00 AM at the Riverfront Park in Sayre.
Packet Pick-up available from 6:00-8:00 PM the night before in Hornbrook Park.
FEES: $25 if pre-registered online.
$35 the morning of the race.
Shirt sizes S-XL in Women's and S-XL in Men's available.
