Miles 4 Michelle is dedicated to the memory of Michelle Lamphere and raises funds to support local charities and scholarships in her name. Camradery and a FAMILY atmosphere are the basis of the event with a $0 charge for kids 16 & under and only a $15 entry fee for all others. Of course, Miles 4 Michelle provides participants and their supporters a hearty post race meal!
New for 2018, Miles 4 Michelle will offer the option to complete 1 or 2 loops of the 5k Trail for a total of 5k or 10k. You'll be able to decide up to the point of reaching the finish/lap line for the same entry fee.
If you're hoping to join in our fun with a walking trail, we are planning a walking event as well!
Located in gorgeous Mt. Pisgah County Park, you will experience trails consisting of single track, hiking path, and amazing scenery. With a moderate hill compensation, Miles 4 Michelle is 5k or 10k of enjoyable miles for experienced and beginner runners. Trails are moderately technical and will provide a challenging run to build up a post race meal appetite!
